The Town Council has agreed to priorities that will be significantly worked on in the current calendar year. If you have questions or ideas about these topics, I’d love to hear from you at Jessica.Ramakis@viennava.gov.

1. Mobile Phone Coverage: Explore options for locations, providers, and zoning issues to improve mobile phone coverage in Vienna.
2. Communication: Update and Improve our communication strategies and materials to ensure consistency and clarity in our engagement with the Vienna community, including residents and businesses, to foster transparency and partnerships.
3. Planning and Land Use: Develop a new Comprehensive Plan, including approaches to increasing the variety of housing options in Town. Make decisions about important issues that have been studied, including parking and lighting.
4. Parks: Continue to explore options and make decisions about maintenance and improvements to Vienna’s parks informed by the Parks Master Plan. Key projects under discussion will be the Annex site on Center Street across from Waters Field, a possible welcome center on the W&OD Trail; the Beulah Road property; and the Robinson property.
5. Capital Budget: Conduct a thorough review, including historical analysis and projections for the future, for infrastructure projects and costs in the Town.
